Cancel Membership

If you have a membership with World Wide Group™, you also have access to both the wwdb.com website and the WWG™ mobile app. 

To cancel your membership using wwdb.com:

1. Log into wwdb.com.

1. Select the left-hand menu (three horizontal lines).

1. Click Settings> Membership> Current Membership> Cancel My Membership.

To cancel your membership using the WWG app:

1. Log into the WWG app and select the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the app.

1. Click Membership> Current Membership> Cancel My Membership> Yes.

Please note: This will also cancel your Digital Delivery subscription if you are subscribed. Canceling with wwdb.com will not affect your membership with Amway™ nor CommuniKate™.
